Thank you for shopping with Built Bolts. We specialize in high-quality titanium bolts for e-bikes, and we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 5 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 23 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 15 business days.

3. Shipping Locations

Built Bolts currently ships within the United States.

If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Built Bolts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Built Bolts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Check around your property

  • Ask neighbors

  • Contact the shipping carrier

  • Then reach out to us for assistance


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your titanium bolts arrive damaged or parts are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The item(s)

  • Your order number

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
